By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to all store terms and policies outlined on this website. These include:

Every item is handmade and embroidered just for you.
Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be created before shipping.
Orders are completed in the order they are received.
If your order hasn’t arrived yet, it’s likely still in production.

🕒 SPECIAL REQUESTS & NOTE BOX DISCLAIMER
Please remember that all orders require the standard processing time because each item is custom-made.
Leaving a note at checkout requesting faster delivery does not override processing timelines.
I do my best to accommodate requests when possible, but expedited processing is not guaranteed unless confirmed via email before placing your order.

🧵 EMBROIDERY DISCLAIMER
Each item is machine embroidered with care and precision.
Minor variations, visible backing, or stitching on the inside of garments are normal and part of the embroidery process.
Because embroidery may be exposed on the inside, wearing a light layer underneath can add comfort if desired.

All crewnecks are unisex and true to size.
For an oversized look, please consider ordering one size up.
🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once your order is ready, it will ship via the method selected at checkout.
Please note:
• Shipping times depend on USPS/UPS and may vary
• You will receive a tracking number once your order ships
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier
• Double-check your shipping address — we can’t change it once shipped
If your package says delivered but you can’t find it, please reach out your carrier first within 7 days. We’ll help however we can! 🌼
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via the email or phone number provided at checkout.
Cozy Corner Customs is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages after shipment

Delivery delays due to incorrect addresses

Packages returned because of incomplete address information
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a $5 re-shipping fee will apply.
